How do I track my orders?

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped or contact our customer service for more help.

How do I know if my order was received?

Once you've placed your order, we will e-mail you the order confirmation to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. If an email does not appear to be received, please check your spam folder. Please ensure you leave correct email box so that we could contact you.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

When you place an order with Zraus we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-7 business days for your order. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. (Usually about 3-15 Days)

Coupon codes

  1. How do I use a coupon code?
Please add your code at the checkout where you’ll see the ‘discount’ box. Type your code here, and click ‘apply’, if it’s valid, your discount will be applied.
Heads up:  one code per order .

We often have some great promotions running on our website. Just remember, you need to enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact us via email (service@zraus.com) if you want to do changes to your order, if order is still under processing, then the customer service will help you, but if order was shipped out already, sorry, no changes any more.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us via e-mail (service@zraus.com), if the order is unshipped, then the customer service will help you, if shipped out, then sorry.

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package. Please submit a ticket, indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will help you process a return and refund you for the amount of the items you have selected.  

Will I get full refund for my return?

We will offer a full refund on all items that have been returned. Coupon codes will not be refunded as monetary value. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. 

Will  Zraus save my personal information?

We respect your privacy and keep your personal information confidential. 

When you visit our site, the information collected is stored by your browser, such as your name, phone number, postal code, and address. Cookies can be used to recognize your IP address and provide faster access to our site. You can restrict the use of cookies by changing the settings in your browser.

Note that this will limit your access to our site.
